No distracting backgrounds, wear solid colors. Shirt round or v necks for men, tank top for women. Do not wear logos. Do not wear stripes. It is fine to smile. but keep it simple. Your snapshot will be used only internally to submit you to the Casting Directors for the projects you qualify for.
