Agreement to Terms:
By accessing and using the DJAMEE™ Scouting Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
Application ProcessSubmitting an application through our portal does not guarantee representation, employment, or any modeling opportunities. DJAMEE™ reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
User Representations applying, you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided is accurate and truthful
- You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- You own or have the rights to any photos you upload
- You have not misrepresented your identity or credentials
- You are legally able to enter into contracts
By uploading photos and content to our portal, you grant DJAMEE™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of evaluating your application and presenting you to potential clients.
You retain all ownership rights to your content. We will not use your photos for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Prohibited UsesYou may not use our portal to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Upload content that infringes on third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
- Use automated systems to submit applications
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Communication
By providing your email address and Instagram handle, you consent to receive communications from DJAMEE™ regarding your application, potential opportunities, and updates about our services. You may opt-out of non-essential communications at any time.
Limitation of Liability
DJAMEE™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DJAMEE™ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the portal.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Scouting Portal at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
